I'm Back
I'm back it seems though that's quite strange
I wasn't conscious I was almost out of range
Just touching here, the physical and me
The body living here on Earth went through the motions of a birth
A kind of me reborn which once felt quite forlorn
Changes of that kind can take their toll
It's often hard to stand and not to fall
But friends I have and helpers all around
Some high up and some are on the ground
Without them all I know I could have gone
Left this world and left my Earthly song
I thank you all for helping me to stay
For giving me your love along the way
I'm back it seems and ready for much more
Strengthening by day though parts still sore
There's something new, exciting song in me
The edge of it is touching more in me
Soon that new will share its secret lore
And more that's new will come right to the fore
And smile again I will and even laugh
Before my eyes I see a golden staff
For life anew is pouring through
And now I know we'll take the world by storm
And not by half
