What will make me believe
that what I see and what
I know is true

I need to believe I
Know such things that
Others see as fantasy or
story
I need to believe that I
am good enough and
strong enough to ride
the glory

I need to believe the
glory that is ours is
mine to be a servant
of
That loving which is true
and all lined up with you
Cannot do wrong
But it’s the power I am
afraid of

How do I know that this
is real
That power’s not my foe
That come the moment
of the deal
I’ll know without a doubt
that this is real
And all the seeds I’ve gathered
I will sow

But then I’ll smile
Because by then I know I’ll know
